摘要：本文通过对我国农村居民消费情况的分析、调查和研究，本文首先说明了农村居民消费水平逐步提高的过程中，消费能力，消费观念和消费结构仍不合理的现状。然后从影响我国农村居民的消费制度着手，分别从分配制度，农村社会保障制度，农村金融体制，农产品流通体制和土地流转制度几个方面进行分析，最后提出了符合社会主义市场经济的分配制度，健全的社会保障制度和农村金融体制，深化了流通体制的改革，改革了农村土地产权制度等制度，来拉动和提高我国农村居民消费需求的策略。

Abstract：This article through to our country rural consumer situation analysis, investigation and research, this paper first explains rural consumption level of gradually improve process, consumption ability, consumption idea and consumption structure is not reasonable the status quo. Then from effect on our country's rural residents' consumption system begin, separately from the distribution system, the rural social security system, the rural financial system, and agricultural products circulation system and land circulation system analysis of several aspects, and finally puts forward some socialist market economy with the distribution system, and the social security system and the rural financial system, deepen the reform of the distribution system, the reform of the rural land property rights system, system, to pull and improve our country rural consumer demand strategy.
