摘要：快递业是我国物流业的重要组成部分，随着现代经济技术的发展，顾客需求呈现个性化、多元化的显著特征，人们对快递行业货物送达时间的准时性、物品的完好率要求越来越高。本文通过分析快递行业在配送中面临的突出问题，从柔性化角度，围绕物流快递信息系统的建设以及快递行业多样化服务能力的提高对问题展开研究，从而深入探析快递行业柔性化管理的必要性。

Abstract:Express industry is an important part of the logistics in China,with the development of modern economic and technical,customer demand presents personnalized,diversified remarkable characteristics,peo-ple's demand to express industry to the time of the goods on time, items’ integrity rate is higher and higher.Based on this, the paper analyzes the distribution problems in express industry, and from the angle of flexibility,logistics information system construction as well as the express industry diversified services,thus further understand the necessity of flexible management on the express industry.
