摘  要：近年来，随着经济全球化的到来，我国经济快速发展，在这种良好的形势下，促进了我国一批本土中小企业的兴起，但是在全球化带来的利益面前，我国中小企业同时面临着巨大的困境。而其中最关键的就是有关于其贸易融资的问题。本文主要从中小企业本身以及贸易融资的概念出发，挖掘其自身的特点，提出问题，最后再根据以上的分析提出应对策略。在文章中加入一些案例与数据用以增强理论的说服性。

　　　在我国国际贸易快速发展的前提下，融资难的问题一直都是制约中小企业发展的瓶颈，所以在经济社会快速发展的今天，加强中小企业融资策略和融资方式的研究是尤为重要的。只有加强其研究，找出解决之道，才能从根本上促使我国本土中小企业在经济全球化洪流中得益大于失利，才能使我国经济和社会得到更进一步的提高和发展，而不是虚幻的无基础的迅猛发展。本文在后面的部分就提出了几点解决的办法，主要是从自身出发、从政策出发提出的观点。比如是从企业的不同发展时期选用不同的融资结构来提高融资效率。

ABSTRACT：In recent years, with the advent of economic globalization, our country’s economic develop rapidly. In such a good situation, promoted the rise of a number of local SMEs .But in the face of the benefits of globalization, SMEs face a huge dilemma in Chin. And one of the most critical is the issue relating to its trade finance. This article from the SME itself and the concept of trade finance dig its own characteristics, ask questions, and finally propose countermeasures based on theoretical knowledge. In the article, adding some cases and data use to enhance the persuasive theory.

　　　In the rapid development of China's international trade under the premise of the problem of financing has always been a bottleneck restricting the development of SMEs, so in the new economic and social development today, strengthened SME financing strategy and financing of research is particularly important. Only by strengthening its research, find solutions to fundamentally ease our local SMEs to benefit more than economic globalization torrent defeat, to make China's economic and social get further improvement and development, rather than illusory without based on the rapid development. In the latter part of this paper，I put forward some solutions, primarily from their own problem and the policy point. For example, different from the period of development of enterprises choose different financing structure to improve financial efficiency.
