摘要:21世纪的社会是一个信息技术和高新技术十分发达的社会,信息社会的发展推动者整个社会的发展，这是我们生活在这个社会上有目共睹的。随着现代社会的进步和发展，特别是高新技术在各行各业的广泛应用，使得人类的生活质量和健康水平有了很大的提高。一个国家高新技术产品的开发代表着一个国家的创新能力，一个国家的创新能力牵动着一个国家的经济命脉，从而高新技术产品对外贸易的发展也是推动了一个国家的经济。重庆高新技术产品对外贸易的不断扩大和发展，推动着整个重庆经济的不断向前，虽有各种因素不断制约着重庆高新技术外贸的发展，但正是由于这些种种的困难，使得重庆高新技术的发展有着源源不断的动力。本文根据探讨重庆市高新技术产品对外贸易存在的问题和原因，在此基础上，提出发展重庆市高新技术产品对外贸易的对策，为高新技术企业和政府相关部门如何确定高新技术企业对外贸易发展模式提供新的思路和政策建议。
