摘要:自20世纪60年代人力资本理论创立以来,开辟了关于人类生产能力的新思路。对人力资源进行量的管理,根据人力和物力及其变化,对人力进行恰当的培训、组织和协调,使二者经常保持最佳比例和有机的结合,使人和物都充分发挥出最佳效应。当今无数学者就如何提高人力资本投资效率提出了许多办法与论点,但较少真正落实到各地的具体情况中去。江苏地区人力资本利用率并不低,但是农村与城市仍然存在差距。本文通过收集江苏地区卫生保健以及医疗的数据,以及受教育的程度,通过公式计算出人力资本投入的效率。通过直观数据提前预测有待提高的方面,同时规避投资会产生风险的方面,起到防患于未然的作用。 关键词:人力资本;投资;江苏地区;分析
Abstract: Since the Human Capital Management theory was set up in the 1960s, it created a new idea about the capacity of human production. This theory refer to control the quantitative of human resources; proper training, organizing and coordinating the human resources based on the change of manpower and material resources and keep great balance and combination between those two elements in order to fully display their best effects. Nowadays, so many scholars argued about how to improve the efficiency of human capital investment and also offered ways to solve this problem. However, most of them were not really carry out this problem into the specific cases in local areas. For example, the utilization rate of human capital in Jiangsu Province is high, but the huge gap of this rate between urban and rural areas are still exists. This report focus on calculating the human capital investment efficiency ratio by formula which according to the data of health care and medical and the education background that collected from Jiangsu Province. In addition, through the visual data it is easily to predict which part need to improve in advance and avoid investment risk at the same time, in another word, accomplish a nip in the bud.
