摘要: 江苏省是我国经济发展的大省，在吸引外商外资方面取得了显著的成绩，江苏利用外商直接投资促进了江苏经济的增长，引进了先进的技术设备和管理经验。本文主要分为以下几个部分外商直接投资的概述、江苏省利用外商直接投资的现状，外商直接投资所显现出的一些问题，探索如何进一步有效吸引外资等等问题，并给出了一些建议，最后讲述了作者对江苏省外商直接投资的发展前景的展望。

Abstract: Jiangsu province is a big province of China's economic development, has made remarkable achievements in attracting foreign investment, Jiangsu's use of foreign direct investment to promote economic growth in Jiangsu, the introduction of advanced technology and equipment and management experience. This paper is mainly divided into the present situation of the utilization of foreign direct investment, the following part of foreign direct investment in Jiangsu Province, some problems of foreign direct investment show, to explore how to further attract foreign investment and so on, and puts forward some suggestions, finally the prospect of the development of foreign direct investment in Jiangsu province
