摘要:金融危机的影响依然没有过去,进入后危机时代,我国中小企业面临的形势依然严峻。由于国内外经济形势愈加复杂,企业的跨国经营和发展面临很多难题。 文章首先深入分析了我国中小企业本身存在的问题,主要包括跨国经营管理方式、资金紧缺、缺乏人才、产品技术含量低、缺少自主品牌的问题。之后,针对后危机时代对中小企业跨国经营的影响进行了进一步研究,就国际环境来说,贸易保护主义抬头,人民币升值给中小企业跨国经营带来了阻碍;就国内环境来说,劳动力和原材料价格上升,融资成本上升,给中小外贸企业的发展带来了前所未有的压力。针对当前中小企业跨国经营面临的极大风险和挑战,文章提出了相应的对策;应该切实提高企业的海外经营能力;切实解决融资难的问题;重视人才的吸收与培养;优化出口结构,积极应对贸易摩擦;实施市场多元化战略,应对人民币升值;调整产业结构,加强成本管理;提高出口产品技术含量,实行品牌战略,使中小企业的跨国经营进入可持续的良性发展轨道。 关键词:后危机时代;中小企业;跨国经营;对策
Abstract:The impact of the financial crisis is still not over. Coming into the post-crisis era, China's SMEs face with the remaining grim situation. As increasingly complex domestic and international economic situation, operation and development of multinational enterprises face many challenges. The article first in-depth analyses China's small and medium sized foreign trade enterprises inherent problems, including multinational business management, shortage of funds, lack of talent, low-tech products, the lack of independent brands issue. After the post-crisis era for transnational operations of SMEs conducted a further study on the foreign speaking, trade protectionism, RMB appreciation brings to SMEs hinder multinational operations; Domestically speaking, rising labor and raw material prices financing costs, to the development of small and medium sized foreign trade enterprises has brought unprecedented pressure. SMEs in transnational operations for the current risks and challenges facing the great, articles for the above questions were put forward corresponding countermeasures, should effectively improve the ability of enterprises operating overseas; effectively solve the financing problem; absorption of talent and training; optimize the export structure, and actively respond to trade friction; strategy of market diversification, coping RMB appreciation; adjust the industrial structure, strengthen cost management; technological content of export products, the implementation of brand strategy, the transnational operations of SMEs into sustainable healthy development track.
