摘要:浙江省作为我国改革开放以来对外贸易最活跃、最繁荣的地区，对我国外贸行业的发展起到了不可或缺的重要作用，外贸的稳定增长在浙江省的经济发展、产业发展、解决就业等问题上有很重要的作用，而这其中，浙江省的中小型外贸企业所起到的作用至关重要。自2005年7月以来，我国开始实行以市场供求为基础、参考一篮子货币进行调节、有管理的浮动汇率制度，人民币对美元汇率累计升值已经超过30%。面对人民币升值，一部分企业无奈退出，一部分企业却得以顺利转型，做大做强。寻找这些成功企业的成功经验，在挑战和机遇面前，为浙江省中小型外贸企业的平稳健康快速发展提出应对策略，帮助浙江省中小型外贸企业顺势而上，抓住机遇，显得更加有意义。

　　　本文以浙江省中小型外贸企业为研究对象，通过文献搜集分析、网络数据搜集等，收集了解了人民币升值的前因后果、浙江省中小型外贸企业运行现状等信息，总结了浙江外贸企业运行所面临的主要困难，提出了一些应对措施。

Abstract:As one of the most active and prosperous foreign trade zones in China, Zhejiang province has been playing an indispensable role in the steady growth of foreign trade all over the country since the reform and opening up. The steady growth of foreign trade makes great contribution to solving the province’s economic problems like economic development, industrial development, employment and so on, during which the small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises is playing a crucial role. Since July 2005,China began to implement the managed floating exchange rate regime based on market supply and demand with reference to a basket of currencies, allowing the exchange rate of RMB against the U.S. dollar to achieve a cumulative appreciation of more than 30%. In front of this, a lot of companies had no choice but to exit, but some other companies got the opportunity to make a successful transformation and get bigger and stronger. To help the small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises in Zhejiang catch the opportunity to get coping strategies and rapid development, finding the experience of these successful enterprises will make much sense.

    Using methods such as literature collection and analysis and network data collection, this article uses the small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises in Zhejiang Province as the research object find out the operating status of these enterprises and to understand the causes and effects of the appreciation of the RMB. Based on these, the article also summarized the major difficulties of Zhejiang's foreign trade enterprises and put forward some response measures.
