摘要

金融危机席卷中国，无疑会导致经济增长速度趋缓，出口受到抑制，出口的减速减少了劳动力的需求，这必然会减弱企业对就业的拉动能力。国际金融危机对我国就业的不利影响还没有消除，如果说2009 年是我国经济最困难的一年，2010 年可能是最复杂的一年，整个宏观层面就业形势就很严峻。一些地区新增就业人数增速减缓。同时部分中小企业生产经营困难，给就业带来一些不利影响。

本文通过详细的借鉴相关文献及认真的调查分析，阐述了金融危机下人才需求总量缩减和就业预期恶化的大学生就业现状，描述了毕业生供求矛盾、热门专业人才过剩、薪水与期望值不符的特点；并针对目前大学生就业的情况分析了金融危机影响大学生就业的原因，包括市场就业环境、当前教育制度和大学生自身存在问题这三大原因；最后提出了应对金融危机下大学生就业的四大对策，其中涵盖了教学质量、就业指导、正确责任观和国家就业政策等。在危机的影响下，解决新形势下的大学生就业问题，是一个关键性问题。
