摘要：伴随着城市化进程的日益加快，带动城市经济繁荣的同时，也给城市带来了一个庞大的社会群体，即流动人口。而近几年，中国的城市化在发展中也有了新的变化，即不仅仅是流动人口规模的日益扩大，其流动的形式也不再单一化而是表现为“举家”流入城市，即不再是以往单单年轻的劳动力想流入城市谋发展，其整个家庭都跟随一起进城，主要表现为流动儿童跟随父母一起进城生活，这部分儿童在学术界被称为“流动儿童”或“流动儿童”。本文将以社会工作的视角来分析流动儿童的发展问题，以及就如何采用社会工作的专业方法来解决这个问题提供一个例子说明，即以南京市目前一家典型的社会工作机构——南京协作者为研究对象，研究其在流动儿童发展问题上运用到的一些社会工作的方法。

Abstract: With the urbanization process is accelerating, and promote urban economic prosperity, but also brought a large social groups, namely, the floating population. In recent years, China's urbanization in the development of new changes have that is not only the growing mobile population size, in the form of its liquidity is no longer a single, but the performance as "family" into the city. That is no longer in the past alone, the young labor force into cities to seek development, the whole family to follow along with the city, mainly for migrant children to follow their parents went to town life, this part of the children in the academic community are called "migrant children" or " migrant children ". And some did not follow their parents into the cities with their grandparents still live in rural areas, said as the children left behind. This article will be social work perspective to analyze the problem of migrant children' education, and professional approach to solve this problem provides an example on how to employ social work, namely,  Nanjing is currently a social work agency - Nanjing collaborators research object, the method applied to the issue of education of the migrant children in social work.
