摘要:心理契约是存在于组织和员工之间的一种无形契约,是彼此对对方所承担责任和义务的一种期望。积极心理契约的建立,能够提高员工工作热情和满意度,实现企业可持续发展。本文在了解心理契约的基本概念和内容的基础上,探讨心理契约在企业人力资源管理中的作用,并从招聘、培训、薪酬等几个方面寻求策略更好的为人力资源管理服务。

Abstract: Psychological contract is a kind of intangible contract between the organization and employees and also is an expectation of each other's responsibilities and obligations. The construction of a strong psychological contract can improve staffs’ enthusiasm and satisfaction and bring sustainable development. In this article,we are discussing the application of psychology contract in the hunman resources management.And search for the hunman resources management strategies which based on recruitment , training ,compensation.
