摘要:在我国国民经济的组成部分中,中小企业起着不可替代的作用。随着我国国民经济的飞速增长,中小企业的发展越来越得到大众的重视,然而中小企业的成长壮大却一直受制于人才流失问题。本文基于我国中小企业人才流失的近况和缘由出发,试图提出解决人才流失问题的五点基础性方法:提高中小企业的知名度;建立完善的薪酬福利体系;完善中小企业的招聘工作;建设符合企业特色的企业文化;采用多样化的激励制度。

Abstract: As a important section in China’s economy, small-medium sized enterprises play a very important role in the development of China’s social economy. However, the development of small-medium sized enterprises are always restrained by the problems of brain drain. This paper is based on the current situations and reasons of brain drain in small-medium sized enterprises in order to seek ultimate countermeasures, which are enhancing small-medium sized enterprises’ reputation, establishing complete compensation and benefits system,consummating recruitment of small-medium sized enterprises, constructing enterprises culture on the basis of enterprises’ characteristics and adopting diverse motivation systems.
