摘要:“收费难”是困扰物业管理行业从业企业的难题,即使在北京这样国际化的现代都市也不例外。造成收费难的原因有多个方面,既有消费习惯、支付意愿、支付能力的原因,也有收费方式、制度保证等方面的缺陷的原因。本文需要做的是通过调查研究背景物业服务市场的现状,在总结前人研究成果的基础上,归纳出现实中造成服务服务收费纠纷的原因类型,并在此基础上有针对性地提出解决问题的方案或政策建议。 关键词:物业收费 收费纠纷 成因
