摘要:本文的课题来源是根据体验式培训能否发挥作用这一论题引申而出,在当下经济市场中,越来越多的企业注重团队的培养,合理运用团队力量,使企业得到更好的发展。本文着重探讨的是体验式培训对团队建设的作用,第一章阐述了本篇论文的研究内容,研究意义及所使用的研究方法,即通过案例研究法,问卷调查法和文献搜集法研究团队建设的重要性,体验式培训的应用形式,重点讨论在团队建设中的应用以及在应用过程中产生的问题。第二章解释了体验式培训产生的背景,内涵,特征以及分类等相关理论的综述,为整篇文章提供理论基础。同时概述了体验式培训的发展现状及应用形式。第三章首先通过数据表明团队建设的重要性及体验式培训在团队建设中的应用比例,其次描述案例并列举体验式培训的一些项目,使体验式培训的作用更一目了然,最后分析案例与项目如何在团队建设中起到作用。第四章分析影响体验式培训在团队建设中发挥作用的因素,从企业与培训机构的角度加以阐释并给出操作性建议。第五章主要描写本文在写作方面的不足之处以及未来对体验式培训的展望。 关键词:体验式培训;团队建设;拓展训练;影响;建议
