摘要:小学生操行评语是指教师针对学生一学期以来的表现所做的概括性评价。在教育过程中,操行评语具有举足轻重的意义和作用。然而许多教师却没有意识到操行评语的重要性,没有充分发挥操行评语在与学生、家长交流中的积极作用。 研究者通过采集抽样以及调查问卷的形式进行实地考查。通过对搜集到的资料分析出:一线教师在评语撰写过程中,虽然都努力地想改变传统评语“空洞、刻板”的弊病,但多数教师因受应试教育影响,评价指标仍然单一化。评语多缺乏针对性和感染力。同时,在撰写操行评语过程中,如何正确认识评语目的和指向,激励学生主体的发展;如何把握评语对象,以沟通式的评语引导学生自我教育;如何能更好地避免评价过程中教师主观意识的作用,提高教师撰写评语的效率等方面值得校方和教师进一步地推敲和改进。针对我县小学生操行评语的撰写现状,本研究提出如下建议:①教师应该树立科学的的教育观、学生观、评价观,正确、灵活地运用操行评语评价原则,在学生和老师心灵间建立起爱的桥梁;②教师应针对自身特长和学生特点,灵活地选择操行评语的撰写形式,切忌刻板化、空洞化;③操行评语内容要详实丰满,评价学生特点要结合纪实性的描述,语言应亲切自然,生动活泼,富有情趣。 关键词:小学生;操行评语;撰写现状;撰写建议
Abstract:Researchers collected sampling and field test in the form of questionnaire.In the process of education, conduct evaluation has the important significance and role. Many teachers, however, did not realize the importance of conduct evaluation, not give full play to conduct evaluation on the positive role of communicating with students, parents. In this study, the author through the collection sampling and field test in the form of questionnaire. By analyzing the collected data: a line of teachers in evaluation in the process of writing, while trying to change the disadvantages of traditional evaluation "empty and rigid" due to the affected by the exam-oriented education, but most teachers still simplified evaluation index. Comments lack of pertinence and more appealing. At the same time, in the process of writing conduct evaluation, how to have a correct understanding of evaluation purpose and to motivate the students' development; How to grasp the evaluation objects, with communication type evaluation guides the student ego education; How can better avoid the teacher's subjective consciousness in the process of evaluation function, improve the efficiency of teachers to write comments to the school and teachers further scrutiny and improvement.
