[摘要]  本文首先剖析了小学语文口语交际教学中存在的问题：教师自身口语能力弱、理论水平低以及教学方法的单一。然后针对问题给出对策：一是提高口语能力，二是提升理论水平，三是全面、深入地把握教材，四是掌握多种多样的教学策略。

[abstract] this article first analyzes the primary school Chinese oral communication problems existing in the teaching of oral English ability: teachers itself weak, the theoretical level low and teaching method of the single. Then for problem solutions: one is to enhance oral English ability, another is to ascend the theoretical level, three is a comprehensive and thorough grasp textbooks, and the fourth is mastering various teaching strategy.

第一次教育实习在XX县农村小学，感触颇多，感受颇深。笔者生在城市，小学、中学、大学都在城市里就读。平生第一次深入农村小学，发现语文教学问题多多，识字写字教学有问题，阅读教学有问题，习作教学有问题，口语交际教学问题更多。笔者以后从事教育，有可能在农村小学教学语文，因此毕业论文选题确定为小学语文口语交际教学研究。往届毕业论文已有研究口语交际教学的，他们多为年段教学研究，如低年级口语交际教学研究、中年级口语交际教学研究。笔者不想重复，拟从教师这一角度进行探讨，先剖析小学语文口语交际教学中教师存在的问题及问题产生的原因，然后针对问题，给出相应的对策。
