【摘要】师生互动在小学数学课堂教学中具有重要的价值,2001年我国开始的新一轮基础教育课程改革就倡导构建积极、有效的师生互动,更加明确了师生互动的重要性。本文以小学数学课堂教学为立足点,对课堂上的师生互动情况进行研究,这对于笔者、调查学校,甚至调查地区都有一定的意义。全文在吸收与借鉴前人理论成果的基础上,运用问卷调查法、观察法、访谈法,通过对收集资料的整理与分析,发现小学数学课堂师生互动中存在的问题,分析原因,并在此基础上力求提出解决问题的建议。 【关键词】 小学数学课堂; 师生互动;建议
【Abstract】The interaction between students and teachers plays a vital role in the math classroom teaching in primary school. In 2001, China began the curriculum reform of basic education in a view to initiate the effective and active interaction between students and teachers and further to define the importance of interaction between students and teachers. The paper is based on the classroom teaching in primary school, do research on some cases of the interaction which is meaningful to the author, the school and the area. The paper is in the absorption and reference to the theory on the basis of predecessors' achievements. The author apply ways of the questionnaire survey, observation, and interview. By the arrangement and analysis of the data, the author find out some problems and analyze the reasons in the interaction between students and teachers in the math class on the basis of which, the author offer some suggestions. 走向教育工作岗位的借鉴意义 作为即将走上小学教育岗位的师范生,对于小学课堂的情况应该有充分地认识,在走进课堂进行教学时,必须注意课堂的有效性教学同时重视学生的能力差异,做到因人而异因材施教,要做到以下几点: (1)在课堂互动中,注重教师与个别学生、小组、班集体的互动,培养学生的探索学习和合作学习的精神,激发学生的求知欲。 (2)在课堂教学中,注重课堂的动态生成,避免按照备课时的教学设计当作是课堂至始至终的向导,课堂节奏不可变动。 (3)尽量多的让学生参与问题的讨论与解决,避免教师“独角戏”形式的表演,根据学生能力的差异,提出不同的问题,做出恰当的评价,避免主观意识的评价。 (4)在课堂教学中要真正落实学生学习方式的转变,发挥学生的主体性作用,倡导自主、合作的学习方式。同时重视课堂提问,在保证教学环节的基础上,进行有效的课堂提问,充分调动学生的学习积极性,从而达到充分提高教学效果,搞好师生互动,合作探究的目的。 |
