摘 要:在教育迅速发展、教育教学改革观念的倡导和新课程理念日益成为共识的今天,教师是教育改革的成败,是教育质量提高和高素质人才培养的关键。教师的综合素质以及教育教学管理能力的高低直接影响到未来社会的发展。教师专业化发展问题越来越引起国内外教育专家和改革实践者的高度重视。本文以黄泥河镇小学教师为研究对象,借鉴国内外专家学者的研究成果,通过问卷调查的形式,对农村小学教师专业化展的一些基本理论问题如教师专业化发展内涵、教师专业化发展现状、影响因素、解决途径等进行探讨、分析,结合农村小学教师的特点,提出现阶段促进农村小学教师专业发展的新思路。 关键词:农村小学;教师专业化发展;现状;对策
ABSTRACT:The rapid development of the reform in education, the educational ideas of advocating and concept of the new curriculum has increasingly become a consensus today, the teacher is the success of education reform, is the key to improve the quality of education and the cultivation of high-quality talents.The overall quality of teachers and teaching management capability directly affects the future development of society.Teacher professional development is paid more attention to by domestic and foreign experts in education and reform practitioners.In this paper,in order to Huangnihe town primary school teachers as the research object, drawing on the experience of experts and scholars at home and abroad, through the form of questionnaire, the rural primary school teachers' professional development of some of the basic theoretical issues such as the connotation of teacher professional development, teacher professional development present situation, influence factors, solutions are discussed, analysis, combined with the characteristics of rural primary school teachers, new ideas of promoting the rural primary school teachers' professional development.
