摘  要:丰富多彩的社团活动日渐成为各小学校园文化的重要组成部分，社团不仅是小学生锻炼综合素质、提升交往能力的平台，也在发展过程中促进了小学生的身心健康发展。本文以云南省玉溪市新平彝族傣族自治县水塘小学为研究对象，通过对教师、学生及家长进行问卷调查，发现水塘小学对社团建设非常重视，丰富的社团活动吸引了广大学生，教师、家长对社团的开展也比较支持，社团活动获得了良好的发展。但社团建设在基础设施、经费投入、指导教师的专业素养等方面仍然存在不足。笔者针对水塘小学社团建设过程中存在的问题，提出相应的建议，探索促进水塘小学社团建设有效开展的途径，为与水塘小学相似的农村小学社团建设提供有益借鉴。

ABSTRACT:Rich and colorful activities has become an important part of the primary school campus culture, community is not only a platform for students to exercise comprehensive quality, to improve communication ability, but also to promote the development of physical and mental health of students in the process of development. This paper takes Yuxi city of Yunnan Province, Xinping Yi and Dai Autonomous County pool primary school as the research object, through a questionnaire survey on teachers, students and parents, found the pond primary school attaches great importance to the community construction, community activities to attract the majority of students, teachers, parents of community development also more support, community activities to obtain the good development. But the construction of communities in the infrastructure, funding, teachers' professional quality problems still exist. The author according to the existing problems in the construction of community primary school pond, put forward the corresponding suggestion, explore the way of promoting construction of community's primary school effectively, provide the beneficial reference for the primary school and the pond type similar to the rural primary school and the pond type similar to the rural primary school community construction.
