摘 要:小学生的课堂是教学生进行学习的主要场所,是实施素质教育的主要渠道。然而,课堂中小学生的内向性问题行为直接影响了课堂教学质量的提高。内向性课堂问题行为值得每一位教师关注,本文在综合分析的基础上,结合问卷调查和国内外已有的文献资料,分析内向性课堂问题学生的行为,旨在解释内向性课堂问题学生行为原因、表现以及提出应对策略。对小学生内向性课堂问题行为的研究,可以让教师对问题行为“知己知彼”,同时对于提高课堂管理的科学性和艺术性,构建高效课堂有着积极的作用。 关键词:小学生; 内向性课堂问题行为; 分析; 应对策略
ABSTRACT:The classroom of primary school is to teach students to study main place, is the main channel of implementing quality education. However, behavior problems of primary and secondary school students within the classroom directly affect the quality of classroom teaching. Within the classroom problem behavior is worth to pay close attention to each of the teachers, on the basis of the comprehensive analysis, combined with questionnaire survey and existing literature data analysis of students within the classroom problem behavior, to explain the reason, introversion student’s classroom problem behavior and put forward countermeasures. Study on pupils within the classroom problem behavior, can let the teacher to "know yourself as well as the enemy", at the same time behavior for improving classroom management of science and art, plays a positive role in constructing efficient class.
