摘要:本文主要采用了教育叙事研究法、文献法、访谈法、观察法、教育经验总结法对德宏州芒市市区小学生心目中的优秀数学教师进行实地考察,主要从学生视角、教师视角从外在标准到内在规则中探讨符合本州现状的小学优秀数学教师评估标准, 旨在走进学生心中,读懂学生的需求,站在学生的角度看数学学习,走进儿童心中的数学世界,对数学知识进行“儿童化的改造”从而唤起教师对学生知识的获得、能力的培养、情感的高度关注,重视小学数学教师的专业素养的培养,保障和提高在职数学教师的质量,同时促进小学教育专业师范生的职业发展,为将来做一名优秀的小学数学教师奠定基础。 关键词 小学生;优秀数学教师;标准
