摘要：21世纪初的中国基础教育改革，特别是新课程改革在基本的教育精神上体现了尊重的教育理念。而尊重的教育是一种教师教育的导向思想和教育精神，即主导、倡导、引导、指导学校和教师在教育教学活动中产生合规律、合价值、合人性的教育教学行为的思想与精神，其核心是在这种新的理念的指导下，重建师生关系，重建教师和学生在教育过程中的地位，重建教育教学环境，为学生创造精神的形成和创造人才的成长提供一个良好的氛围，使新型师生关系真正得到实现。

Abstract:At the beginning of the twenty-first Century in the basic education reform in China， especially the new curriculum reform in basic education spirit embodies the respect to the philosophy of education. While the respect education is a kind of teacher education guiding thought and spirit of education， namely dominant， advocacy， guidance， guidance to schools and teachers in the education and teaching activities， and the value of law， with humanity education and teaching behavior of the mind and spirit， its core is in the new concept under the guidance of teachers and students， reconstruction relationship between teachers and students， reconstruction in the process of education position， reconstruction of education environment， for students to create spiritual formation and create talent development to provide a good atmosphere， make the new relationship between teachers and students and the realization.
