摘  要:随着我国逐渐进入老龄化社会，老人的养老问题受到广大关注，而国家和社会却没有能很好的发挥他们的作用，造成养老问题的泛滥。其中，“失独”老人的养老问题较为突出，他们的养老问题，绝对不仅仅是单纯的家庭问题，而是一个非常严重的社会问题。所以，怎样解决“失独”老人的养老问题，让他们能够很好的颐养天年，是我们急需解决的问题。

　　　本文通过参考了大量的相关文献资料，对“失独”老人作了界定，并且利用社会支持理论的视角，分析了“失独”老人的现状及社会支持不足造成的困难，提出了建立健全的对“失独”老人的社会支持制度，形成多层次的“失独”老人养老体系。本研究对于促进社会稳定和谐发展具有重要的现实意义和借鉴意义。

ABSTRACT:As China gradually entered the aging society, the elderly pension problem by the majority of attention, and the state and society was not able to play their role well, resulting in the spread of pension issues. Among them, the "loss of independence" of the elderly pension problem is more prominent, their pension problem, absolutely not just a simple family problems, but a very serious social problem.

　　　This article by referring to a number of relevant literature on the "loss of independence" for the elderly were defined, and the use of social support theory perspective, analysis of the "loss of independence" old man's situation and the difficulties caused by lack of social support, proposed the establishment of a sound for "loss of independence" of the elderly social support system, the formation of multi-level "lost independence" old pension system. In this study, for the promotion of social stability and harmonious development has important practical significance and reference.
