摘要：俗语说“国以民为本，民以食为天，食以安为先”。但是近年来，中国的食品安全状况让人担心。政府必须在解决食品安全问题中发挥主要作用，而加强食品安全监管是解决食品安全问题的根本措施。但是政府在食品安全监管方面还存在问题：监管主体多元，监管标准不统一、监管制度不完善、监管技术落后等。针对这些问题的分析，政府应采取建立专门的食品安全监管机构、建设完善的食品安全制度、提高食品安全监测技术水平、营造良好的食品安全监管环境等措施。

Abstract:the old saying "the people-based, the food to Ann first". But in recent years, China's food safety situation makes people worried. The government must play a major role in solving food safety issues, and strengthen the supervision of food safety is the fundamental measures to solve the problem of food safety. But the government in the food safety regulatory problems still exist: the regulatory body, do not have a unified regulatory standards, imperfect supervision system, regulation technology lag behind, etc. To solve these problems analysis, the government should be taken to establish a food safety regulators, building perfect food safety system, improve the level of food safety monitoring technology, create a good environment for food safety supervision and other measures.
