摘要：大学生就业难已经成为当下中国社会一种普遍关注的社会现象和社会问题，在此背景下，大学生创业成为大学生就业的另一种选择，在当下的社会环境下显示出重要的意义。但是，现阶段大学生创业形势低迷。要提升大学生创业的积极性，消除大学生创业之路上的障碍，需要高校及大学生个人共同努力,政府的作用更加关键。

Abstract:College students' employment has become a kind of social phenomenon and social issues of common concern in the present Chinese society .College students' entrepreneurship has become another kind of university students' employment choice. It shows the important significance in the present social environment .However, it is difficult for college students to do poineering work. To improve the enthusiasm of college students' entrepreneurship and eliminate the obstacles on the path of entrepreneurship, it needs the effort from the university and college students.The role of government is more critical.

大学生创业是指大学生毕业后充分利用自己的知识和技能，自己单独或寻求合作来筹集资金，创造新的有别于企业员工的就业岗位。通俗的说，就是自己当老板，自己干事业。大学生创业在如今的市场经济条件下，越来越受到社会各界的关注，大学生创业不仅能解决自己的就业问题，还能为社会、为其他人提供就业岗位。除此之外，大学生创业还有着更为深远的重要意义。
