摘要：公共精神是国家现代文明程度的重要标志之一，大学生公共精神的塑成不仅仅关系到大学生个人素质的提升，更关系到和谐社会的构建与综合国力的提升。然而，我国现阶段大学生公共精神缺失现象严重，本文试图从社会教育、高校教育、大学生自我教育三个方面探讨当代大学生公共精神的塑成。

Abstract: The public spirit is an important symbol of national modernization degree of civilization, the public spirit of undergraduates is not only related to the personal qualities, but also related to the construction and the enhancement of comprehensive national strength of the harmonious society. However, the lack of public spirit phenomenon in current undergraduates   is serious in China, this paper attempts to discuss the formation of undergraduates public spirit from three aspects of social education, higher education, self-education.

公共精神是现代国家文明程度的重要标志之一，公共精神随着时代的发展与进步显得越发的重要。公共精神的提升是正处于社会转型期的中国的时代命题。当代大学生是我国将来社会的生力军，他们的世界观、人生观与价值观正处于成熟阶段，然而我国大学生公共精神存在严重的缺失状况，为此我们需要探讨大学生的公共精神塑成的有效途径。
