摘要：教育公平一直是人类社会追求的理想状态。教育公平问题，尤其是基础教育公平问题成为了迫切需要关注的问题。教育公平能否实现，关系到每个社会成员的切身利益，关系到现代教育制度能否建立、社会贫富差距能否缩小、社会公平能否推进。我国顺应时代潮流，在新的时代条件下提出了实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦，教育事业则作为伟大乐章中不可或缺的音符，在此全面深化改革的攻坚阶段，能否办好人民满意的教育关系到这一宏伟目标能否实现。
