摘要：由于就业形势越来越严峻，大学生的就业问题深受关注。作为大学生主体，找到一条就业出路迫在眉睫。在政府的指引下，越来越多的大学生的就业观念逐渐向创业观念转变，从大学生创业模式探究的背景出发，归纳已有的大学生创业模式，分析其优缺点，从而引导大学生选择适合自己的创业模式，并尝试克服思维、社会环境、能力、资金等因素，不断探寻新的创业模式。

Abstract: Due to the employment situation is more and more serious, The problem of employment of college students is concerned. As a college student, it is very important to find a road of employment. The concept of the university students’ employment gradually transfers to the burninessone, under the guidance of the government. In this paper, I will analyze the advantages and disadvantages of current several commercial models, in order to guide students to choose the right business models, and try to overcome the thought、social environment、ability、capital and other factors.
