摘要

　　　政治参与是我国当前民主政治建设的一项重要内容，随着社会主义民主改革的不断深入，少数民族地区政治参与的广度和效度得以不断提升。少数民族地区政治参与活动直接关系到民族法制建设、民族地区的稳定、团结和发展，而对少数民族地区政治参与活动产生影响的因素又是多方面的，影响马楠苗族彝族乡政治参与的因素主要有经济发展水平、公民受教育程度、民族政治文化、政治沟通等。本文立足于对少数民族地区政治参与的研究，针对当前马楠苗族彝族乡政治参与的现状和问题，分析了当前阻碍马楠苗族彝族乡政治参与进一步发展的制约因素，并从经济、政治、文化等角度来探讨实现该地区政治参与的对策。
