　　　农村医疗保险制度是党和国家一直关心的问题之一，也是检验我们国家能否繁荣兴盛的重点之一。在市场经济迅速发展的今天，需要党和国家不断解决广大农民群众“看病难”、“看病贵”、“生不起病”、“看大病更难”等突出问题。从了解中央的相关农村医疗保险政策，再到丽江市白沙乡农村地区的具体实施状况，对其存在的问题进行客观分析的同时，窥见当地农村医疗保险制度的未来发展态势，并提出相应的思考和对策，为促进当地农村医疗保险制度更好发展提供合理、客观、可行的参考依据。
