Abstract: Writing in high school is the most important part in all stages. At present writing in high school is one-sided, whose aims is to get good grade in college entrance examination .The above-mentioned phenomenon results that writing is mechanical and students tend to the state where no moldboard, no safe writing. And Communicative Approach can improve this problem well. Communicative Approach is a teaching system based on language function, training communication competence of using language in a particular social context .Communicative Approach includes psychological theory and linguistic theory .Linguistic theory is based on sociolinguistics springing up in 1960 and forming orgasm in 1970.Psychological theory is based on mentalist, whose representative personage Chomsky .This thesis does an experiment where six senior students take part in the first school in LianShui. Experiment shows that the Communication Approach has a significant effect on English writing of high school. This paper gives relevant recommendations that how Communicative Approach should be used in high school writing, whose aim is to improve writing effectiveness and students’ enthusiasm.
