Abstract:The economy in China is growing steadily, and Chinese market has gained the world's most attention while competition has been in the white-hot state. How to be more competitive in the market, is a topic worth discussing. Victoria's secret developing as the fastest growing U.S. lingerie brand, with many industries miracle, was successfully applied to a variety of techniques to complete the stage of marketing objectives, and enhance the brand's market share. How to make a stage to promote sales, and how to make a successful completion of strategic restructuring to help the brand, still due to the using of the innovative ideas and unusual marketing strategy. This paper is to show the development of Victoria's Secret as a miracle example and marketing strategy in order to understand better, when companies or brands face market challenges, consumers’ choice and trends changing, what the counter measures could be taken.
