Abstract:As one of the most influential economic circles in China, the Pearl River Delta plays a significant role in the entire development of Chinese economy. Among the enterprises in the Pearl River Delta, nearly 99% are small and mediu-sized enterprises. According to the data provided by Guangdong Council for the Development Promotion of Small and Medium Enterprises, nearly 98% of the registered companies in Guangdong are small and medium-sized enterprises, which is generally existing weak points in staff motivation for their small scale, relatively weak competitive force, etc. As for all enterprises, winning profit is the fundamental purpose. However, without excellent human resource management, no outstanding achievement can be expected. Furthermore, staff motivation is always an important subject of study in human resource management, because staff is the key factor of a company, and staff motivation provides an effective way for company to run better. This paper summarizes the theories and literatures of motivation, views the necessity from different aspects, and tries to suggest some measures according to the problems existing in staff motivation in SMEs. 中文摘要:珠江三角洲作为中国最具影响力的经济圈之一,对中国经济的整体发展起着重要作用,而这地区的中小企业约占企业总数的99%。根据广东贸易促进会提供的资料显示,在广东已注册的企业中,中小型企业占了98%。这类型企业因为其经营规模较小,相对较弱的竞争力等原因存在员工激励不足的情况。对企业而言,盈利就是它们的根本目的。然而没有优秀的人力资源管理就没有出色的业绩可期待。再者,在人力资源管理领域中,企业为了谋得更好的发展,员工激励作为企业经营好坏的重要因素,常常作为研究对象。本文尝试总结前人的研究结果和文献,从公司、员工和地区三个角度看员工激励的必要性,提出目前该区域的中小企业在员工激励方面所存在的问题,再提出对策。 关键词:员工激励;中小企业;珠三角地区;薪酬系统 |
