Abstract
This thesis mainly explores the differences between Chinese and Western cuisine culture. Because of different geographical environment, climate conditions and local customs,there are many differences between the Chinese and western dietary cultures and style. Different countries have their own cuisine culture under different background. The differences are obvious in terms of cooking methods and manner. By the analysis of the differences between Chinese and western dietary cultures, we can comprehend the dietary traditions of China and the West thoroughly. With the speedy international communication and integration, Chinese and western food culture will be developed in communication which play a significant role to promote the communication of culture in the world.
