Abstract:Business management is the objective requirement and the inevitable result of the development of large-scale socialized production. Business management is the process of planning, co-ordination and control of a business. Business management, in the final analysis, is administration of employers, putting different people in one basket, conducting an efficient management and achieving the common goal. People’s psychology is formed from the process of adaptation to the environment, and affects individual’s behavior subconsciously. The behaviors of people are complex, and different cultures always cause different behaviors. This study is an attempt at the theoretical research on behavior management and find out a way to control employees’ behavior (focus on shared values). We first find out the role that behavior plays in an enterprise, and then describes the study and the results of the investigation, such as behavior, psychology, shared values and etc. At last, through the study, we would make a discussion on how to set up shared values. 中文摘要:企业管理是社会化大生产发展的客观要求和必然产物,尤其是现今社会中,企业管理就显得更加重要。企业管理是对企业的生产经营活动进行组织,计划,指挥,监督和调节等一系列职能的总称。其说到底是对人的管理。在同一企业里,该把形形色色的人统一起来,进行有效的管理,以实现共同目标。人的心理是其在对外部环境的适应过程中形成的,并在潜意识中影响着个人的行为方式。人的行为具有复杂性,同时不同的文化又会产生不同的行为。 本次研究尝试从理论上研究企业行为管理和找出一个可以控制员工行为的方法(集中在共同价值观上)。我们首先找出企业行为管理在企业管理中所扮演的角色。然后描述研究与结果,比如行为,心理,共同价值观等。最后,通过研究,我们将会对如何建立共同价值观进行讨论。 关键词:企业管理;行为科学;共同价值观
