摘 要:本文通过对蒙自市三所幼儿园与社区合作现状的调查分析本地幼儿园与社区合作的优点与不足，总结出该市幼儿园与社区合作存在的几个问题：幼儿园与社区合作道路曲折；幼儿园没有充分利用社区资源开展活动；幼儿园与社区双方的合作缺乏对于加强双方合作与联系的合理的规章制度；幼儿园缺乏资金的支持，合作得不到实践。

　　　针对存在的问题提出几点建议：明确加强与社区合作的重要性；继续重视并实践幼儿园与社区之间的合作；丰富和创新幼儿园与社区合作的途径、方式方法，使合作具有可行性；培养教师创新能力，园内定期送幼师外出教育培训，充分利用社区资源，实现资源优势互补；社区和园内分别制定出相关可行的规章制度及管理体系，使合作具有规范性、统一性；加大政府对民办幼儿园的支持力度等，以期对幼儿园与社区合作提供参考。
