摘要：作为一个自由交流的平台，微博已经成长成为强大的舆论工具，民众的情绪在这里得到集中表达。同时，微博信息来源既有真实也有虚，虚构的微博谣言在不同程度上影响着我们的生活。

　　究及微博谣言的起因，当社会出现热点或突然事件时，谣言成为抒发不满情绪的载体，甚至成为事件升级的“导火索”；另一方面，微博谣言正是借助 “草根性”平台，把很多普遍存在的社会心理和社会问题通过谣言的形式表达出来。

　　及时辟谣、澄清事实不仅是化解民众情绪的必要手段，对于维持社会稳定、防止公共危机事件发生也都具有重要的意义。以上两点是本文研究的重点。

　　本文主要分为三个部分，第一部分简述谣言概念，通过案例说明谣言的无处不在，并对社会生活影响严重；第二部分探讨微博谣言广泛传播的原因，并从谣言的五个种类说明微博辟谣的必要性；第三部分通过官方微博辟谣，说明微博辟谣对于社会稳定的重要。

Abstract：As a free platform for the exchange, microblog has grown to be a powerful instrument of public opinion in where the popular mood can be expressed concentratedly.In the meanwhile, some sources of microblog information is true but some is false. Fictional microblog rumors affect our lives in varying degrees.

　　　To explore the cause of microblog rumors, on the one hand, When there are hot spots or sudden events in the community, the rumors become the carrier to express discontent, even become the "fuse" of the escalation of events. On the other hand, just with the "grass-roots" platform, the widespread social psychological and social problems expressed by the form of microblog rumors. Refuting rumors and clarify the facts without delay is not only  the necessary means to defuse the emotions of the people but also of great significance to  maintain the social stability and prevent the occurrence of public crisis. The above two points are the emphases of this paper.

　　　Mainly this paper is divided into three parts. The first part briefly introduces the concept of rumors which through examples are proved to be everywhere and seriously affect the social lives seriously.The second part investigates the reason of the widespread of microblog rumors and the necessary of microblog rumor refutal with five types of the rumor.The third part explains the importantance of microblog rumor refutal for social stability by official microblog refuting rumors.
