ABSTRACT:" Stratification Teaching" is in every link of teaching, according to the different characteristics and needs of different students, design goals, requirements and teaching methods, take care of to the individual differences of students, teachers to "teach" must adapt to the students "study". Hierarchical teaching accords with the principle of teach students in accordance with their aptitude, also accord with the mastery learning theory, teaching form and the teaching optimization theory, and the theory of development, so that each student will be able to actively participate in learning, to promote the development of each student, is helpful for all students, greatly improving the quality of education, promoting quality education. Senior high school students' physics learning intelligence differences, according to the students' physics learning intelligence differences in high school physics teaching will give different personality characteristics of students to create different physics learning environment, so that the students in their respective based on physical performance can be improved and progress, so as to improve the level and quality of Physics Teaching in senior high school purpose. This article through to the senior high school physics" Stratification Teaching" in the investigation, puts forward some use " stratified teaching of" improving the quality of physical teaching strategies and methods, and the use of " teaching " the problem that should note. Keywords: Middle school physics teaching; Individual differences; Stratified teaching; Survey; Research
