摘要:本课题完成500g中小型注塑机的液压系统设计,其主要是在加工一下中小型的塑料产品。通过分析注塑机合模机构的机械原理和所需动力,进一步分析整个液压系统工作原理,从而设计出整个注塑机的液压系统。塑料注射成型机是热塑性制品的成型加工设备,它将颗粒塑料加热熔化后,高压快速注入模腔,经一定时间的保压,冷却后成型为塑料制品。在此中液压系统给合模机构提供动力是重点,然后液压缸在注塑时于合模机构的合理控制也是关键。 本次设计主要完成了以下设计内容: 绪论,简单介绍液压系统当前发展的趋势和注塑机的工作原理,以及本次设计要研究的方向。 第一章工况分析,通过对注塑机整体工况的分析,由合模机构的力大小确定液压缸负载和功率。 第二章液压油缸设计,由第一章结论,计算液压缸推力、内径和油量,绘制出油缸功率图。 第三章液压系统设计方案和工作原理图的拟定,结合前两章的结论运用形态学矩阵法拟定和选择最优液压系统原理,使用CAD软件绘制系统原理图。 第四章液压元件的选择,在确定系统原理后,针对各个环节所需元件的要求,选择最合适的液压元件组成完整的液压系统。 第五章液压系统性能的验算,通过压力损失和系统发热量的计算,验证液压系统性能是否合理。 总结,对该设计所获成果进行阐述,描述其相比传统设计的优越性和设计中的一些不足。 关键词:注塑机;液压系统;形态学矩阵
Abstract:This task finish in 500g small injection molding machine hydraulic system design, which is mainly in the processing of a small plastic products.Through the analysis of the clamping mechanism of injection moulding machine mechanical principle and the required power, further analysis of the whole hydraulic system principle of work, to design the injection molding machine hydraulic system.Plastic injection molding machine is thermoplastic products processing equipment, it will particles of plastic melting, high pressure is injected into the mold cavity, after a certain time of holding pressure, cooling after the molding for plastic products.In the hydraulic system for clamping mechanism with power is a key, and then the hydraulic cylinder for clamping mechanism in injection molding the reasonable control is the key. This design mainly completes the following design content: The introduction, briefly introduced the current development trend of hydraulic system and the working principle of injection molding machine, as well as the design of research directions. The first chapter condition analysis, based on the overall analysis for the working conditions of the injection molding machine, by the clamping mechanism for determining hydraulic cylinder force load and power. The second chapter hydraulic cylinder design, the first chapter of conclusion, calculation of the force of hydraulic cylinder, diameter and quantity of the oil, drawing oil cylinder power graph. The third chapter hydraulic system design and working drawing, the combination of the former two chapter conclusion using morphological matrix formulation and selection of optimal hydraulic system principle, use CAD software to draw a diagram of system. The fourth chapter of the choice of hydraulic components, the systems principle, for each link of the required components requirements, choose the most suitable hydraulic components complete hydraulic system. Chapter fifth the performance of hydraulic system through calculation, the pressure loss and the system heat quantity calculation, verification of the performance of hydraulic system is reasonable.
