摘  要:本设计是针对杭州西溪别墅进行的集成空调系统的设计。设计的别墅包括客厅、餐厅、书房、主卧等不同功能的房间，总建筑面积为162.45㎡，建筑高度为11.3m，建筑共三层（一二层之间有夹层），一层布置有客厅、保姆房，夹层布置餐厅，二层布置客厅、老人房、小孩房、起居室，三层布置书房和主卧。设计的对象为高档别墅，因此采用节能、美观、控制方便的多联机系统，并采用独立新风系统实现室内新风要求和回收排风热量。此次暖通空调设计的内容包括：多联机空调系统（VRV）、空调室内机冷凝水系统、独立新风系统+全热交换器。

Abstract:The graduation design is the integration air-conditioning system design of a villa in Xixi Hangzhou . This villa is a mul-function building,which includes parlour,dinning room,study and advocate. It's total area is 162.45㎡.the height of the building is 11.3m. There are three floors in the building (between the first and second floor is the interlayer) . The parlour and the nurse's room are set up in the first floor, the dinning room is in the parlour , the saloon , the old's room , the child's room and the living room are on the second , upon them are the study and the main bedroom . As is for a top grade villa , we use the VRV(variable refrigerant volume) system which means energy-saving, artistic and easy control. In order to satisfy the fresh air requirement and recycle the heat of the exhaust air. This HVAC design includes the VRV system, the condensed water system indoor, the IFA system + HRV.
