摘要:二十一世纪的到来,使人才经济成为企业的主导灵魂,在充满竞争的大环境下,人才的培养越来越受到企业管理者的重视。人员的可塑性、潜在意识性以及自由流动性迫使用人单位积极的寻求不断适应社会和行业大环境以及自身企业文化的一种新型有效的新员工培训制度。人才的竞争在二十一世纪愈演愈烈,寻找一种合适的培训渠道和方式也成为一个公司领导者的一个重要思路与决策。笔者所在的公司MK公司是一家重庆地区中小型医药企业,自产自销以OTC为主的医药产品,员工结构以业务员居多。针对该公司不间断的进行新员工员工培训,人员流失率较大的情况,新员工培训体系的问题渐渐凸显。笔者认为,新员工培训体系是每个公司需要重视的板块,根据不同的时况和人群需要做不同的变动。 本文通过对国内外新员工培训的理论总结,结合国内同行业、同一水平的新员工培训制度方案的整理;坚持具体情况具体分析的原则,针对医药行业的行业性质、公司组织架构、管理模式以及经营理念等具体情况;制定培训反馈表,分析培训效果,找出该医药公司的新员工培训体系存在的问题;最后,为了改进与完善该医药公司的新员工培训体系,将理论和实际更好的结合,将新员工的培训需求与公司需求相结合,根据理论与实践和数据分析设计一套改进版新员工培训体系。 关键词:MK公司 新员工 培训
ABSTRACT:The arrival of twenty-first century has made the talent economy the leading enterprise of the soul,and the talent economy is being increasingly stressed by the managers of the enterprises under a competitive environment. Moreover, enterprises have no choice but to actively seek to adapt to a new and effective employee training system of society and industry environment and their own enterprise culture due to emploee’s plasticity, potential consciousness and free fiow. The keen competition of enterprises , in the final analysis, is competition of the outstanding talents. Consequently, looking for a suitable training channels and methods have become the leaders’ significant thinking and decision making. The company MK I worked, a small and medium-sized pharmaceutical enterprise in Chongqing, markets his own OTC pharmaceutical products, whose staff structure mostly is dominated by salesman. In accordance with the continuous new staff training in MK company and hign turnover rate, the new employee training system problems begun to emerge. As far as I can see, the new employee system as an important issues of each company ought to make changes according to different situations and people. This paper summarizes the domestic and foreign new employee training theory, combines with new employee training program arrangement of the domestic industry, the same level of system and adhere to the principle of concrete conditions, concrete analysis. In view of the nature of pharmaceutical industry, organization structure, management mode and management concept and other specific circumstances we make the training feedback, analysis of the training effect, to find out the existing the Medicines Co's new employee training system. Finally, in order to improve and perfect the Medicines Co's new staff training system, with the combination of theory and practice and of the new staff training needs and the needs of the company, an improved version of the new employee training system of theoretical and practical analysis and data arises at the historic moment.
