摘要:国内主题公园从70年代后期引入游乐项目开始探索性发展,到1989年深圳“锦绣中华”正式开园营业,代表具有真正主题概念的主题公园初步建立。虽然我国的主题公园已从原来的低层次盲目发展逐渐过渡到市场性规范经营时期,但同时也暴露出了很多问题有待探讨。从世界范围来看,游乐园作为主题公园的一种,它的发展历史尽管相对较长,但随着社会经济的发展,科学技术的进步以及人们娱乐观念和娱乐模式的转化,在近年来又获得新的突破,并引起人们的关注。苏州乐园建成于1997年,于2001年成为国家首批AAAAA级旅游景区,为全国著名的游乐园。本研究以苏州乐园为研究对象,通过回顾苏州乐园的发展状况,结合市场调查,分析其存在的问题、面临的挑战及对策,做到经济效益与社会效益并举,立足长远、推陈出新,逐步适应市场需求,依靠市场达到可持续成长。 关键词:主题公园,影响因素,发展策略
Abstract:The domestic theme park introduces the amusement project in the late 70’s with Shenzhen “Splended China” as the official ripened fruit garden. Its business is representative since 1989 having the true theme concept. At present we have already entered the industrial production development phase. Our country’s theme park has transited gradually from the original blind low-level development to the standard market-oriented management. But at the same time it also exposes many questions. In the view of the whole world, although amusement park, a kind of theme park, has a longer history, it has developed very fast in a short period because of the social and economic development, scientific improvement and amusement pattern change. As the famous domestic amusement park, Suzhou amusement park was built in 1997 and in 2001, it became one of the first domestic attractions ranked “AAAAA”. The paper based on Suzhou amusement park introducts the research background and analyzes the existence questions to maintain the sustainable competitive advantage and achieve the economic and the social efficiency.
