摘要:本文通过文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法和数理统计法了解姚安县栋川镇群众参与烟盒舞锻炼的现状，对姚安县栋川镇群众参与烟盒舞锻炼的现状进行分析研究，从烟盒舞锻炼的时间、锻炼的态度以及参与烟盒舞锻炼的次数等进行调查。结果显示：姚安县栋川镇人民群众参加烟盒舞锻炼的主要动机是强身健体、娱乐休闲、保持体形。目前，姚安县对民族传统体育舞蹈缺乏组织管理，体育项目以现代体育为主，民族传统舞蹈正被逐渐淡忘。然而对于一个少数民族地区来讲更应该发挥本民族的风格特色，使本民族的文化得到传承和发扬，虽然彝族烟盒舞缺乏强力的对抗性，但具有较强的娱乐性、观赏性、健身性，在跳烟盒舞的过程中能培养人们的团队精神和竞争意识。该舞蹈不分年龄，老少咸宜，再加上它本身的运动量并不大，占用场地资源小等因素，非常利于普及和推广。
