摘  要：近几年来，由于物流的快速发展，渐渐的受到许多国内外企业和众多学者的关注，甚至已经成为了企业之间的竞争手段，可见物流对于企业的发展的重要性。而在物流系统中，包含了许多的内容，包括运输管理、装卸搬运、原料的采购、信息系统的建设、配送中心的管理等方面。

　　　对于一个企业来说，配送中心的选址对于战略规划有着重要的影响，同时，因其物流基础设施逐渐趋于完善以及企业的发展需要，电子商务应运而生，已经成为了一个新的发展亮点。本文以T企业为例，针对配送中心的选址问题采用重心法进行研究，探讨企业在电子商务环境下的物流中心选址问题。

ABSTRACT：In recent years, due to the rapid development of logistics, and gradually by many domestic and foreign enterprises and scholars, and even has become a means of competition between enterprises, this shows the importance of logistics for the development of enterprises. This paper takes T company as an example, according to the distribution center location problem is studied by the method of barycenter, discussed in the environment of e-commerce enterprise logistics center location problem.
