摘要

　　近年来，物流以一匹黑马的姿势进入我国经济领域，并成为了现今企业在竞争激烈的市场中加强竞争力的有力手段，在我国经济发展、生产实践中发挥了不可替代的作用。然而物流作为新兴行业，它在我国独特的政策体系下，在与市场经济的磨合过程中，产生了一些长期以来都不易解决的弊病。我国物流管理分散、物流基础设施不够健全、物流专业化程度不够高以及物流从业人员素质低下，这些都成为物流在我国市场经济中的阻碍。本文主要是围绕我国物流顽症的现状，重点分析了高昂的物流运输成本、市区配送问题、供应商与零售商关系紧张、仓储困难问题、物流联运短路、智能物流发展落后等顽症，并在此基础上分析顽症产生的原因和与之对应的解决对策。

　　所谓进步与问题同在，发现问题是为了更好的解决问题，文章依托物流行业特征和制约因素，对物流顽症进行概述和解析，总结物流理论知识和国内外经验，提出相应的解决对策。本文希望通过探讨物流顽症，对其采取策略，达到破解物流顽症、破解顽症中的利益链条，推动物流发展的目的，最终促使我国物流业的发展能够发生量的改变和质的飞跃。

　　　In recent years, logistics access the economy in china with a dark horse. Developing with the economy ,Logistics become the powerful means for modern enterprise to strengthening the competitiveness power. Logistics has played an irreplaceable role in our country economy development and production practice. However logistics as a new profession which in the unique policy system and the market economy produced some difficult problems for along time. There are some obstacles in our market economy, like logistics management diversification, the logistics infrastructure is not comprehensive, lowly specialization and logistics personnel's lowly quality. This paper focus on the current situation of logistics chronic problem of in china. The problems including the high cost of logistics transportation, urban distribution problems, tensions between suppliers and retailers, storage difficulties and logistics intermodal short-circuit, intelligent logistics underdeveloped and so on. I want to analysis the causes of logistics problem, then put forward to solve the solution countermeasure.

    It’s said that the progress accompanied with problem, identify problems in order to better solve the problem. Article relies on the characteristics and constraints of the logistics industry, analysis and resolve logistics chronic problem. The article summarizes the theoretical knowledge of logistics and experience of domestic and international, to put forward corresponding countermeasures. This paper aims to explore the logistics chronic problem and take the strategy, to break the chain of the chronic problem and the interest’s chain. In order to promote the development of logistics, and to promote the development of the logistics industry in china. Of course, the most important is the change of the quantity and quality leap for logistics.
