摘要:互联网为基础的信息技术、电子商务的快速发展呼唤着商品实物流通的配套发展，物流业已成为电子商务发展的重要支柱；电子商务送货的功能由物流企业承担，物流企业将成为代表所有生产企业及供应商向用户进行实物供应的最集中、最广泛的供应者。为此，各经济发达国家纷纷在物流领域进一步加强了研究和投资，以便适应并促进电子商务的发展。越来越多的世界性商贸巨头进入中国内地，在未来几年内，电子商务必然越来越深入我们的生活，在经济交易中扮演更重要的角色。本文分析了珠江三角洲地区发展现代物流的优势和劣势并就其突出问题作出应对方法，且进一步探讨了促进珠三角中小型物流健康、规范、快速、有序发展需要采取的策略。

Abstract:Internet-based information technology, the rapid development of e-commerce calls for supporting the development of the physical circulation of goods, logistics has become an important pillar of e-commerce development; delivery functions of electronic commerce by the logistics companies, logistics companies on behalf of all manufacturing enterprisesand suppliers to the user, the physical supply of the most concentrated, the most extensive supplier. To this end, all economically developed countries have in the logistics field to further strengthen the research and investment in order to accommodate and promote the development of electronic commerce. More and more global business giants to enter the Chinese mainland, in the next few years, e-commerce will become increasingly deeply into our lives, to play a more important role in economic transactions. This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the outstanding problems and remedies, and to further explore the strategies to promote small and medium-sized logistics of the Pearl River Delta health, standardized, rapid, and orderly development need to be taken of the development of modern logistics in the Pearl River Delta region.

物流是一个新型行业，同时也是一个朝阳行业。特别是电子商务必然越来越深入我们的生活，电子商务的高速发展，使得物流行业发生了翻天覆地的变化，珠三角地区一直是中国物流行业的领头，珠三角地区物流行业不断发展的同时也面临许多问题，越来越多的世界性物流巨头进入中国市场，对中国物流行业产生巨大冲击，特别是中小型物流企业更是艰难生存。珠三角作为发张现代物流中优势和劣势兼备，机遇与挑战并存，任重而道远。中小型物流企业要生存发展壮大，就要认清形势，发挥优势抓住机遇，消除劣势，严格要求提升自身物流服务质量。从而生存下来，并发展壮大。
