摘要:管理是企业永远无法忽视的问题。如今世界经济一体化的进程不断加快,企业面对的竞争越来越广泛,加上近年美国经济复苏,制造业重回本土,以及中国人口红利消失,劳动力升本上升,企业的经营环境更加残酷。要想在如此激烈的竞争和严酷的环境中求得生存发展,必须要增强企业的竞争力和生存能力,这就要求企业必须紧紧跟随外部环境不断优化内部的管理,以求降低成本,提高生产效率。许多企业因为管理不当,存在着这样或那样的问题,如成本过高、浪费过度、生产率低下等等,这些因素都会使企业不能健康发展,严重影响企业竞争力,最终将导致企业面临被淘汰的命运。幸运的是,随着管理科学与工程的不断发展,工业工程科学为企业提供了很多种现代管理优化的手段。 本文,就WJ企业面临的问题与挑战,及企业内部存在的各种问题进行讨论,主要针对其生产环节的具体问题,运用工业工程管理优化手法中的程序分析、5S管理两种方式,分别对其生产流程、车间布局和现场环境进行改进,以求使其生产环节得到整体改进,提高企业生产效率,改善企业生产经营环境,增加企业竞争力,使企业健康良好地发展。并希望能为其他企业的生产经营提供借鉴。 关键词:管理优化;工业工程;程序分析;5S
ABSTRACT:Management enterprise can never be ignored. Today, the world continues to accelerate the process of economic integration, companies face increasing competition widely, with recent U.S. economic recovery, manufacturing back home, as well as Chinese demographic dividend disappeared up the rising labor, the business environment is more cruel. Modern enterprise in order to survive and develop in this fierce competition in the market, they must in order to optimize their products and services as the main strategy, which requires companies to closely follow the changes in the external environment and internal conditions, constantly optimize the management model,achieve long-term competitive advantage. To accomplish these, are inseparable from the support of the excellent management system. Many companies in its management system there is this or that problem, such as the cost is too high, improper operation, logistics systems obstruction, these factors will make seriously affect to the healthy development and the competitiveness of enterprises, will eventually lead to the enterprises are facing the fate of being eliminated. Fortunately, with the continuous development of management science and engineering, industrial engineering science provides businesses with a variety of modern management optimization means. This article, on WJ enterprises are facing problems and challenges, and the various problems that exist within the enterprise discussion, mainly for the production part of the specific issues, the use of optimization techniques in industrial engineering management program analysis, 5S management in two ways, respectively, their production processes, workshop layout and site environmental improvements, in order to make the whole production chain be improved, improve production efficiency, improve production and operation environment, increase the competitiveness of enterprises so that enterprises in good health and development. 本文以工业工程理论为基础,以提高生产效率为核心,以现代管理优化方法为切入点,从WJ企业的具体问题着手,分析讨论在公司生产管理过程中存在的问题和改进后的效果。 具体的章节安排如下: 第一章:绪论。主要介绍和讨论本文的背景、意义;简述主要理论在国内外的发展概况;本文研究内容及文章基本结构;阐述本文应解决的主要问题、创新之处。 第二章:现代管理优化的手段。主要介绍基于工业工程管理法的相关理论的现代管理优化的手段有哪些,重点介绍选择运用的程序分析和“5S”管理的含义、具体内容等。 第三章:WJ企业现状及问题。针对WJ企业,具体分析其生产环节中存在的问题,及这些问题带来的影响。 第四章:WJ企业的问题的分析和解决。在前面几部分的研究内容基础上,运用基于工业工程的现代管理优化手段,为WJ企业提出具体生产现场管理改善方案的设计及实现过程,并对改善过程进行了重点、详细的分析。 第五章:总结。阐述论文写作的收获,及本篇论文的不足之处。
