摘 要:操纵稳定性是汽车的重要使用性能之一,它不仅影响到汽车驾驶的操纵方便程 度,而且也是决定高速汽车行驶安全的一个重要性能,被称为“高速车辆的生命线”。 因此操纵稳定性日益受到人们的重视。但是传统的研究分析方法已无法满足现代汽车 的研究要求,现在虚拟样机技术作为一项新的产业技术,己经开始应用到各个领域。 本文正是利用动力学仿真软件 ADAMS 研究探讨悬架系统对操纵稳定性的影响。 汽车的悬架系统是汽车上一个重要的部分,与整车的操纵性和稳定性有密切关系。双横臂独立悬架可以通过合理选择空间导向杆系的铰接点的位置及导向臂的长 度,使得悬架具有合适的运动特性,并且形成恰当的侧倾中心和纵倾中心,从而保证 汽车有良好的行驶稳定性,以为中、高级轿车的前悬架所广泛使用。 汽车悬架系统为一多体系统,部件之间的运动关系十分复杂,传统的人工计算很 难将悬架的各种特性表述清楚。以某轿车为例,应用多体运动学与动力学仿真软件 ADAMS 中的 CAR 专业模块建立该车的前后悬架多刚体模型,对其悬架的各种性能 进行了仿真分析,研究了悬架几何参数对汽车操纵稳定性的影响,在理论验证的基础 上揭示了该悬架的运动规律,在进行优化分析的同时还提出了改进的意见。 关键词:双横臂独立悬架,操纵稳定性,仿真,ADAMS/Car
Abstract:The handling stability is one of the most important performances of vehicle. It can influence not only the vehicle's handling convenience, but also the safety of a vehicle at a high speed, so it is called "the lifeline of the vehicle at high speed". It is laid more and more emphasis gradually. The traditional research method can not match the modern requirement of vehicles' research and development, So Virtual Prototyping Technology has been applied in each field as a new industrial technology. This paper is mainly about the research of vehicle handling stability based on ADAMS. Suspension system is a key part for cars, and has decisive effect on car drivability stability and comfort ability. We can in reason choice the location of the connect points of space guide staffs and the length of the control arms in order to make the double wishbone independent has correctly movement characters, and conrectly roll center. When we do these, we can insure the vehicle have good drivabilityo Because of this good character, the double wishbone independent is used widely in the intermediate and lofty car. The suspension assembly of car is a multi-body system and the motion relationship among the parts is very complicated,so it brings many difficulties to compute the various characteristics with traditional computation methods.This paper establishes the simulation modeling of a suspension with ADAMS/CAR and verifies the results based on the parameters of a certain domestic car, analyses and parametrizes some performances of the suspension.The kinematics of the suspension was uncovered based on the general theory.In the mean time,the effects of suspension geometric parameters on handling and stability were studied.
