摘 要:本文介绍的是2500升(DN1600)开式搪玻璃反应釜的设计。玻璃的主要成份为SiO2,能够抗强酸、弱碱、有机酸等腐蚀性介质,其抗腐蚀性能优于不锈钢。将玻璃搪衬在钢制容器的内表面,使其成为具有类似于玻璃的稳定性和类似于金属的优良机械性能双重优点的复合材料制品,能够在许多方面替代不锈钢、有色金属、塑料等设备 。本次设计根据给定的工艺参数,按照GB150-2011《压力容器》、GB25025-2010《搪玻璃设备技术条件》、HG/T2371-2003《搪玻璃开式搅拌容器》、《化工工艺设计手册》和TSG R0004-2009《固定式压力容器安全技术监察规程》等标准,确定设计参数,并对封头、筒体、设备法兰、夹套、轴、支座等进行了结构设计、工艺计算和校核,并提出制造、检验和验收的要求。最终设计结果包括3张 CAD 图、一张手工 图和一份设计说明书。 关键字:搪玻璃;开式;反应釜;设计
Abstract: This article introduces the design of 2500L glass-lined open reactor. The main ingredient of glass is SiO2. Its corrosion resistance is superior to stainless steel as it can resist strong acids, alkalis, organic acids and other corrosive media. Lining the high-silica glass to the inner surface of the steel container make it become composite products with dual advantages. Because of its chemical stability as glass and excellent mechanical properties similar to metal, it will take place of stainless steel, nonferrous metals, plastics and other materials in many ways. According to process parameters and the basics like GB150-2011<Pressure Vessel>, GB25025-2010<Honing Glass Equipment Technical Conditions>, HG/T2371-2003<Open Honing Glass Stirred Vessel>, <Chemical Process Manual>, TSG R0004-2009<Fixed Pressure Vessel Safety Technology and Inspection Procedures>, we should determine the design parameters. Then do structural design, process calculation and verification of head, cylinder, Flanges, jacket, shaft, bearings. At last put forward the requirements of manufacture, inspection and acceptance.
