摘要:本设计是年产7万吨原铝电解车间的设计,在经过一段时间查阅大量的资料,结合自身学习的相关知识,针对我国铝市场以及国外铝市场进行了初步分析,来研究如何选择厂址进行了论证;本设计主要还分析和计算了电解铝工艺流程选择与论证、主要的经济指标选择与论证、物料平衡、能量平衡、电压平衡以及电解槽结构设计、主体设备个数及尺寸以及辅助设备的选择。最后绘制了主体设备铝电解槽图,设备连接图,铝电解车间平面图及立面图。综合各个计算参数,设计年产7万吨原铝电解车间的设计。 本设计通过计算与论证,得出主要的技术经济指标: (1) 年产量:7万吨铝锭 (2) 电流强度:260 kA (3) 阳极电流密度:0.679A/ (4) 效应系数:0.3次/槽·日 (5) 电流效率:92% 关键词:铝;电解槽;物料平衡;电压平衡;能量平衡
ABSTRACT:This design is the design of an annual output of 70,000 tons of crude aluminum electrolyte workshop. The main content of the design includes as follows: the aluminum market analysis of domestic and international, the demonstration of plant site, the selection and demonstration of aluminum electrolysis technological process, the selection and demonstration of main economic index, the calculation of materials balance, the energy balance and the voltage balance, the structure design of electrolytic cell, the number and size of the main equipment, the selection of auxiliary equipment. Meanwhile the main equipment aluminum electrolytic cell drawing, the connection of equipment drawing, the plane and elevation drawing of aluminum electrolytic workshop were drawn up. At last, the crude aluminum electrolyte workshop for output of 70,000 tons per year was designed and the design specifications are as follows: (1) the annual output: 70,000 tons of aluminum ingots (2) the current intensity: 260 kA (3) the current density of anode: 0.679A / (4) the current coefficient of anode: 0.3 / cell · day (5) the current efficiency: 92% Keywords: aluminum; electrolytic cell; material balance; voltage balance; energy balance |
